We ship orders each week on Monday. If you would like your item sooner (for example if it's a present) simply drop us an email and we'll be happy to dispatch it quickly for you - customer@henri.london.

Local collection from our studio is now available. Once you have placed your order we will text you to arrange a collection slot that suits you.

Europe

To our customers in Europe, we are running a 3 month trial of this new shipping option. The delivery fee is a little higher but we will take care of all the duties fee.

Express (DHL) | £30 - 4-7 working days

International 

Express (DHL) | £22 - 2-4 working days

Economy (Royal Mail) | £14 - 7-15 working days

Packaging

To ensure minimal waste, all of our packaging is either re-usable or compostable. 

Returns

UK | Free returns - simply attach the pre-paid sticker and drop at your local post office.

Europe & International | We do not cover the cost of returns or any duty charged in getting the product back to us. Before ordering, please email us and we will try to help you get your sizing perfect before you purchase.

We hope that you fall in love with your Henri purchase, however if you'd like to return or exchange an item we are more than happy to do so within the 14 working days time frame. UK returns can be posted back using the pre-paid returns sticker and dropping at your local post office. Please obtain proof of postage and keep it safe.

Exchanges will be sent free or charge or alternatively you can opt to keep your exchange as 'credit' for up to 60 days. Refunds will take between 5 - 14 days to process.

Please note that SALE items are exchange only. SAMPLE SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
